In this blog - which is still under construction and likely to be so for a while - I am going to give you some ideas of realistic and legitimate ways to earn extra money from home. There are a lot of scams out there to be avoided at all costs (some of them are, in fact, very costly!)and there are a lot of very unrealistic “get rich quick” schemes. (I personally do not believe it is possible to earn £3000 in the first week, whatever I am told!).
But there are some good ideas for work at home moms too. Some which will probably sound very familiar: a home based party business, for example, or selling on e-bay. Some ways to earn extra money you may never have thought of, like becoming a mystery shopper or renting your house to a film company (it was a new idea to me, anyway)

And some ideas you might just look at and think – “Not me! I could never do that successfully!” Like writing for money, or starting your own business from home?

Actually, you could!

Thousands of Moms have succeeded in achieving a very good income. Many are earning more now than they did in their full time job before children. You can too. So please don’t avoid some pages, thinking “not for me”. You could surprise yourself!
